Traditional Condo Remodel

We completely remodeled this Sutton Pond condominium for elderly couple.

Kitchen was gutted, wall separating kitchen and living room was partially removed to allow better view and more light in the kitchen.

New cabinets, counters and appliances were installed in the kitchen. Client opted out for pull our base cabinets for easier access of kitchen items.

Master bathroom was gutted. New shower based and fully tiled shower. New floor tile and vanity were installed. A pocket door created much better flow for the space.

2nd bathroom we installed floor tile and new vanity.

Crown molding was installed in all rooms and shadow boxes in the living room (not pictured here) finished off the space.
