Modern Farmhouse kitchen.

Boston - South End

On this Boston (South End) project we got to work with Stephanie Sabbe.
Kitchen walls were partially removed to create open concept and take advantage of the great light through the huge windows. New custom cabinets, solid stone counters, all high end appliances. Herringbone tile on the floor and Chevron tile backsplash. Both bathrooms were fully remodeler. Guest bath got a new vanity, toilet tile, and glass enclosure. Master bathroom got a walk-in shower, new toilet, vanity, tile floor and wall to wall mirror. Whole condo also got new crown molding  and paint job.
Very pleased that this project was featured in Design New England magazine, March/April issue.


Arlington traditional kitchen upgrade

This full gut remodel of Arlington kitchen and dining room in a 1920's house took about 8 weeks.
We gutted ceiling, walls and back entrance.
Ceiling was insulated with Roxul Sound & Safe sound insulation, walls were insulated with R15 batt insulation.
New Marvin windows and doors were installed.
Custom Elmwood cabinets with Quartz and Granite counter tops.
Rejuvenation lights and hardware.
Thermadore appliances finished off the space.

North Andover Condo Kitchen Remodel.

At this Sutton Pond Condo in North Andover we mostly worked with cabinets. 90's cabinets were gutted. Minor electrical was performed and we go to installing new Cherry cabinets that were purchased from Lilyanncabinets.com.
These cabinets have soft close doors and drawers, dovetail drawers and 1/2" plywood construction.
Theres plenty of granite in this kitchen, client decided to use granite for backsplash as well as counters. The effect is dramatic for sure!
We used LED strip lighting under cabinets which creates a seamless finish.

Classic white kitchen.

This was a full gut job remodel. Removal of wall between kitchen and dining room opened up the space for entertaining. New White Shaker cabinets are clean, bright and open up the space. Solid surface counters are easy to clean and look great. New SS appliances, under mount sink, lighting and plenty of storage make this kitchen a winner.

Charlestown Penthouse

In this penthouse the team completely remodeled the unit from top to bottom.
Beautiful 6x18 floor tile was installed in every room. Using Schluter Ditra uncoupling membrane between slab and tile assures us we are covered from cracking tile.
We installed new Madison single panel doors by JeldWen. Very simple 1x5 base was installed that we routered on one side to ease the edge.
Custom cabinetry was ordered to maximize storage and on 2 sides of the fireplace.
Natural stone tile was installed on the fireplace bump out and marble mantle was installed. 

Lynnfield Kitchen Remodel.

Full remodel of 1980's kitchen.
We took down a wall that was separating kitchen and dining room to create a wide open area. That also gave us the room to extend kitchen counters into the dining room.
New white shaker cabinets were installed with granite counter tops.
16x24 tile was installed in kitchen and dining room to tie the space together.

Larchmont House Remodel.

Master and kids bathroom fully gutted and remodeled in Newton MA.
Shiplap on walls in the master bathroom. Custom vanity, linen cabinet and additional storage over toilet to maximize storage in this tiny bathroom.
Shower walls is combination of subway marble tile and accent marble tile on the back wall. Threshold free shower base was tiled with hexagon tile.
Kids bathroom was wallpapered above subway tile. Custom vanity and quartz counters.
Schluter heated floor system was installed under the penny round tile.

Swampscott kitchen remodel.

After this client had a flood in her kitchen due to a faulty water filtration system she decided to go all out and remodel the kitchen from top to bottom.
We gutted the kitchen, removed a wall between kitchen and living/dining room.
New bamboo engineered flooring was installed in the whole condo.
In the kitchen new Omega cabinets were installed that were purchased at Moynahan Lumber in Beverly, MA.
All new SS appliances, SS sink, faucet, water filtration system.
36" Island was added with a custom counter that the client came up with on her own.
Travertine tile was used for the backsplash tile.
New 5" recess lights and under cabinet lights were also added.

North Reading Mudroom/Sunroom

We turned an old 3 season porch in to an airy, bright mudroom/sunroom. 3 generous size cubbies were tucked in to one corner. In another corner we installed cabinets for storage under window set. Rest of the space is good for play time, hang out, etc. Next spring the French Doors will lead out on to a new composite deck for entertaining. It will be a nice open concept from kitchen, through mud/sunroom and out to a large deck for entertaining.

New shower in a Quincy townhouse.
Ceramic tile on walls that looks like marble is easier to clean and maintain than actual marble. Porcelain tile on the floor matches walls perfectly.
Frameless glass enclosure keeps the space open and clean.

Cambridge Living Room

Andover Master Painting

In this master bedroom addition we had the pleasure of painting the master retreat and eventually the whole house.
Client was not afraid of using bold color for trim. 
The final product turned out to be beautiful.

Traditional Condo remodel

We completely remodeled this Sutton Pond condominium for elderly couple.
Kitchen was gutted, wall separating kitchen and living room was partially removed to allow better view and more light in the kitchen.
New cabinets, counters and appliances were installed in the kitchen. Client opted out for pull our base cabinets for easier access of kitchen items.
Master bathroom was gutted. New shower based and fully tiled shower. New floor tile and vanity were installed. A pocket door created much better flow for the space.
2nd bathroom we installed floor tile and new vanity.
Crown molding was installed in all rooms and shadow boxes in the living room (not pictured here) finished off the space.

Andover Master Bathroom

In this master bathroom remodel the client wanted to extend existing space by taking up a tiny half bath that was for different bedroom.  
We were able to install a much wider vanity with plenty of counter space and storage.
36" wide shower was tiled floor to ceiling, with natural pebbles for floor.
Plumbing finishes are all Symmons.
Restoration hardware accessories and lighting.
To utilize natural light we installed glass block in the shower.

Andover, MA Bathroom Remodel

In this Andover MA condo we completely master bathroom. New subway tile in the shower with full marble jambs that match the vanity counter.
New floor tile, new paint and vanity.

Cambridge farmhouse condo remodel.

Full gut remodel of  a 1914 condo in Cambridge MA.
We took down the wall between kitchen and dining room to make room for a large peninsula.
By removing 2 windows we were able to maximize cabinet and counter space in this kitchen.
Shaker cabinets, quartz counters, stainless appliances finish the space.
Pantry was completely reconfigured to add storage, coffee/wine storage and best part, new door to clients privet  porch outside.
